HAVE SIGNIFICANT HOME BUILDING SENIOR LEVEL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

We are seeking an energetic and strategic leader to serve as the Division President for our Home Building division. Duties Provide visionary leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals for growth and market expansion in the home building sector Oversee daily operations across multiple projects, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and adherence to budgets and timelines Lead business development initiatives by cultivating relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and community stakeholders to generate new opportunities Implement change management strategies to adapt to industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions to enhance productivity Manage financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability Supervise senior leadership teams and project managers, fostering a high-performance environment that emphasizes accountability and professional growth Requirements Proven experience in operations management within the home building or construction industry with a focus on large-scale project oversight Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and program management with demonstrated success in leading organizational change Extensive supervisory experience managing diverse teams of professionals at senior levels Expertise in managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational success Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in construction project management Excellent communication skills with a track record of building collaborative relationships across departments and external partners
