Build and manage detailed project schedulesLead project kickoff and execution strategyCoordinate materials, vendors, and subcontractorsTrack and control project budgets + cost performanceManage RFIs, submittals, and client communicationConduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and complianceDrive projects through commissioning and closeoutMentor Project Engineers / Jr. PMs and build your team🎯 What they're looking forProven experience managing electrical construction projects end-to-endBackground in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical workStrong knowledge of NEC + permitting requirementsExperience with tools like Procore, ConEst, Bluebeam, ExcelAbility to read plans, handle RFIs, and support the fieldStrong leadership, communication, and financial management skillsComfortable mentoring and developing junior staffPMP (nice to have, not essential)🚀 Hiring processQuick intro callOne-stage interview with leadershipStraightforward feedback + decision
