By doing so, we didn't have to design around legacy components. This approach resulted in a truly innovative swimming pool on its own terms, made from structural steel. Ecopool is a brand new category swimming pool. This patented technology will soon change the industry. Summary of Position The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and Automation and Manufacturing Engineering experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • specifically, experience in process optimization, upgrades and modifications.
We are seeking an Automation and Manufacturing expert to lead manufacturing operations which include metal fabrication, plastics welding, fabrication, and advanced coatings. You have demonstrated success in automation and manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring scalable manufacturing practices. Most importantly, the candidate will be accountable for delivering quality product releases on schedule. Duties and Responsibilities Accelerate the production rate Own the Quality Control process Identify team bandwidth gaps and fill those positions with skilled individuals Improve designs Build a passionate manufacturing team with a results oriented culture Candidate Prerequisites Degree from an accredited University or 10+ years of experience working in the field of Automation / Manufacturing; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering preferred Manufacturing Engineering experience across all phases of a product program (from concept planning through to execution) Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrication technologies. Strong Quality Control experience Product Design and Development Phases (Concept, Prototype and Production) Candidate will help lead the transition from a start-up operation into a lean manufacturer. At the same time, the candidate will plan and equip production facilities and build a high-performance product delivery team.
