By doing so, we didn't have to design around legacy components that weren't the most reliable. This approach resulted in a truly innovative swimming pool on its own terms. Ecopool is a brand new category swimming pool that relies on innovative factory manufacturing processes. This patent pending technology will soon change the industry. Summary of Position The successful candidate will have technical knowledge and Manufacturing Engineering experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment - specifically, experience in process optimization, upgrades and modifications. We are seeking a Manufacturing expert to lead manufacturing operations which include metal fabrication, plastics welding, fabrication, and advanced coatings. You have demonstrated success in materials engineering and manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring scalable manufacturing practices. Most importantly, the candidate will be accountable for delivering quality product releases on schedule. Duties and Responsibilities Drive the manufacture and delivery of products on time Own the Quality Control process Identify team bandwidth gaps and fill those positions with skilled individuals Collaborate with industrial designers to create and improve designs Guide products to market delivery on a tight schedule Build a passionate manufacturing team with a positive, inclusive, results oriented culture Candidate Prerequisites Degree from an accredited University or 10+ years of experience working in the field of Manufacturing; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering preferred Manufacturing Engineering experience across all phases of a product program (from concept planning through to execution) Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrication technologies. Strong Quality Control experience Product Design and Development Phases (Concept, Prototype and Production) Candidate will help lead the transition from a start-up operation into a lean manufacturer. He or she will tackle new production, quality and cost control goals and equip them with the training, tools, processes and best practices to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment. At the same time, the candidate will plan and equip new production facilities and build a high-performance product delivery team.
