This position involves enhancing internal engineering protocols, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as project management, electrical engineering, sales, and manufacturing, and ensuring timely project delivery as well as scope adherence. You will mentor a team of engineers, fostering technical growth and conducting design evaluations. Your expertise will drive the pursuit of enhanced design processes, standardization, and manufacturability, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and production departments. You will be at the forefront of customizing generator enclosures and power distribution systems, creating optimized structural and HVAC systems. Material selection and compliance with regulatory standards are also integral parts of the role. This position serves as the main point of contact for clients, offering technical guidance throughout projects.
