Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Process & Manuals Architecture Specialist to lead the strategic design, mapping, and standardization of corporate procedures across our diverse business holdings. In this senior-level role, you will not just write documents; you will act as an internal consultant, auditing existing workflows and engineering high-impact operational manuals from scratch. Our organization operates across highly distinct, fast-paced sectors: Restaurant Chains (Hospitality), Automotive, and Construction/Maintenance . The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in mapping processes for these specific industries, translating complex technical blueprints, supply chain logistics, and food safety/compliance standards into seamless, high-efficiency corporate manuals.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Process Architecture:
Lead the discovery, analysis, and mapping of complex, cross-functional processes across our restaurant, automotive, and construction business units. Standardization & Governance:
Establish and enforce the corporate framework for all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with industry regulations (e.g., health and safety in restaurants, quality standards in automotive, OSHA/safety in construction). Advanced Visual Mapping:
Utilize advanced diagramming tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart) to design high-level swimlane diagrams, value stream maps, and workflows that make complex operations intuitive. Stakeholder Consultation:
Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Plant/Project Managers, and Restaurant Operations Directors to audit current inefficiencies and document optimized "To-Be" processes. Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the version control, archiving, and internal distribution strategy of the corporate knowledge base, ensuring documentation remains agile and updated. Requirements (Strictly Required) Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Process Engineering, Technical Writing, or Operations Management, with a proven track record of authoring enterprise-level manuals. Industry Expertise (Mandatory): Direct, hands-on experience developing operational documentation for at least two of the following sectors: Restaurants/Hospitality:
Front-of-house/Back-of-house SOPs, food safety compliance, inventory management. Automotive:

Project lifecycle documentation, safety protocols, field operations. Technical Mastery:
Advanced proficiency in process mapping software (MS Visio, Bizagi, or similar) and advanced document management systems. Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to critical-think through operational bottlenecks and translate them into structured, logical, and user-friendly documentation. Why This Role is Different This is not a clerical drafting position. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can sit down with a Construction Project Manager in the morning, a Restaurant District Manager in the afternoon, understand their distinct operational languages, and build the foundational manuals that will scale our corporation.
