Description:
You will be the RF Engineering Associate Manager for the ADP team which is responsible for driving the design, development, integration, and validation of radio‑frequency systems for aerospace and defense platforms. What You Will Be Doing As the RF Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group of engineers to deliver innovative, reliable, and secure communications solutions on schedule and within budget. "Your responsibilities will include:" Provide technical direction and mentorship to the RF engineering team. Oversee design, development, integration, and validation activities for RF systems. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with suppliers and customers to define requirements and resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with security, safety, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. This position is in Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects
  • Prior experience working classified programs
Desired Skills:
  • Experience working with communications hardware and systems
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and procedure
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this
