This role serves as the primary liaison between engineering, construction, operations, sales, property ownership, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, telecommunications engineering knowledge, and experience managing fiber, broadband, or utility infrastructure projects in MDU environments. What you'll do Project Planning & Execution Manage the full lifecycle of MDU engineering projects Develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets Coordinate engineering design reviews and approval processes Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and scope changes Engineering Coordination Collaborate with engineering teams to develop fiber or telecommunications infrastructure designs Review engineering drawings, construction packages, and permitting requirements Coordinate with field engineering and construction teams during deployment Support value-engineering efforts to improve project efficiency and reduce costs Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external project stakeholders Coordinate with property managers, developers, building owners, and contractors Facilitate project status meetings and communicate updates to leadership Manage vendor relationships and contractor performance Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline engineering and deployment processes Develop and maintain project management best practices Support continuous improvement initiatives across MDU engineering operations What you'll need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or infrastructure deployment Experience managing MDU, fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP), fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), or network construction project Strong understanding of engineering design, permitting, and construction processes Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with GIS, AutoCAD, or telecom design platforms Knowledge of fiber optic network architecture and outside plant (OSP) design Experience working with property developers, HOAs, and MDU ownership groups Familiarity with telecom permitting and local jurisdiction requirements Connecting you to great benefits Weekly Paychecks Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) 401(k) w/ Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Legal Insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!
