Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimation Manager with a strong background in coatings, construction, and manufacturing. This leadership role is critical to our project planning and execution, ensuring accurate cost estimation and strategic oversight across all phases of our operations. We offer a broad salary range based on experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the estimation process for coatings and finishing projects in both construction and manufacturing sectors. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop comprehensive bids and proposals. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates. Develop and maintain cost databases and estimation tools. Provide strategic input on pricing, risk assessment, and value engineering. Mentor and guide junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and client expectations. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on coatings and surface finishing. Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, candidates with 20+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven track record of successful project estimation and cost control. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Experience in field service is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug test.
