Instead of just executing, you'll help us improve how things work, make better decisions, and help us show up stronger for the people we serve.

Here's what that looks like day to day: Serve as a senior management leader who partners closely with the executive team, contributing to enterprise priorities and long-range planning through a technology and delivery lens. Lead an IT organization with a strong emphasis on prioritization and execution, ensuring initiatives are well scoped, properly governed, and delivered on time, within budget. Guide technology strategy and investment decisions, balancing innovation with operational stability and long-term sustainability through a tremendous growth cycle. Provide senior leadership oversight of core systems and vendor relationships, ensuring strong performance, scalability, and value realization. Build, mentor, and lead high performing technology leaders and teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM at our Salt Lake office.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, business, or a related field Strong experience in project management, vendor management, and cross functional collaboration Experience with Jack Henry and Symitar Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technology concepts into business relevant terms Demonstrated success leading organizations and IT teams through growth, change and transformation
