Job Description

A well-established, multidisciplinary design firm is looking to appoint an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead and grow their land development practice in Northern Virginia. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a team, drive business growth, and play a key role in shaping the direction of the civil engineering group, while benefiting from the backing and resources of a recognised international platform. The role You will be responsible for leading the civil engineering team, overseeing operations, and driving profitability across the group. This position combines technical oversight, business development, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
