Construction Engineer/Manager PM/BA McLean, Virginia Direct Hire May 27, 2026 Lead site strategy and infrastructure decisions in coordination with Parsons and FAA Engineering Services.
Focus Areas:
Engineering and facilities oversight, review site surveys and assess for simulator installation, Modular vs. lease vs. build evaluations, and Cost, schedule, and feasibility trade-offs.
