Job Description

Commercial / Industrial HVAC Project Manager Established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects.
Projects include:
Commercial buildings Manufacturing facilities Warehouses Cold storage facilities Large distribution centers Hospitality projects Additional large-scale industrial/commercial work Ideal candidates will have experience managing projects valued at up to $10M and possess strong coordination, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client-facing communication skills. Requirements 3+ years of HVAC Project Management experience Background in commercial and/or industrial mechanical construction Experience managing projects up to $10M preferred Stable work history required Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project financials Local to the Indianapolis market Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling, forecasting, subcontractor coordination, and HVAC project financial management preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) HSA with company match Vehicle allowance Phone allowance Strong growth potential and advancement opportunities Excellent company culture with low turnover This is an established mechanical contractor with a strong backlog of commercial and industrial projects For confidential interest, feel free to submit resumes or reach out to: jay.petsche@gogpac.com
