The ideal candidate will assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing the activities to ensure project accuracy and quality. Responsibilities Working alongside Project Managers to ensure project quality. Preparing subcontractor agreements. Scheduling of subcontractors on each jobsite. Managing and ordering all required materials for each job. Handling purchase orders and invoices for materials ordered (including subcontractors) and coding them accordingly. SWPPP inspections to ensure proper principles and practices of erosion control were utilized. Managing the trucking assignments for any needed stone and other materials. Clear and concise communication with project manager, owners and other project participants. Engineering Intern Requirements and Qualifications A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. 4 or more years field and project planning experience. Excellent computer literacy and knowledge. Excellent organizational skills, time management, and supervision skills. Ability to multitask for each respective site. Valid engineering license is a PLUS! Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards and best practices.
