7+ years of IAM engineering/architecture experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with the full Ping Identity suite Deep expertise with PingFederate, PingID, Ping Directory, and PingOne Strong experience implementing passwordless authentication using FIDO2, WebAuthn, and Passkeys Expert understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0,
OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP Responsibilities and Job Details:
Serve as the Ping Identity SME and platform owner across a large enterprise environment Lead architecture, design, deployment, and scaling of Ping Identity solutions Support both workforce SSO and customer IAM (CIAM) environments Configure and support PingFederate, PingID, Ping Directory, PingOne, PingOne MFA, PingOne Protect, and PingOne Verify Design complex identity workflows and authentication journeys using PingOne DaVinci Lead enterprise rollout of Passkeys and passwordless authentication Support on-prem, private cloud, and SaaS-based PingOne architectures Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across the Ping ecosystem Integrate Ping Identity with Microsoft Entra ID and other IdP/IdM technologies Document architecture, workflows, and operational procedures Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders across multiple concurrent IAM initiatives
