job summary: Engineering Manager wanted for Our Client in Everett, WA. Requires an Engineering BS, a mechanical focus, Aerospace (AS9100) backround and 7+ yrs management experience. Join Our Client to drive innovation and lead cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing projects! Relocation Assistance Available!
Coordinate and direct New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, seamlessly integrating them into complex manufacturing environments.
Evaluate new business opportunities, prepare cost estimates and technical proposals, and manage the department's expense budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time delivery of engineering deliverables while meeting site goals.
Optimize existing products and processes while enforcing safety practices, continuous improvement, and strict aerospace quality standards.
