Job Summary:

We lead the development, analysis, and compliance verification of process and product baselines for highly integrated complex products. Our team is pivotal in driving the definition and planning of technical reviews and audits crucial for product evolution.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the development of process and product baselines for complex products. Define and plan technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products. Analyze product trades and lead the development of change proposals. Implement standards and tools for Configuration and Data Management throughout product lifecycle.

Required:

Experience with the Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) procedures. Background in working with airplane systems and/or certification. Proven project management skills and the ability to self-manage projects. Advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
