Employees can grow their career and have fun while doing it! Teleion is looking to hire a Program Manager interested in working with our client's security engineering division. We work closely with customers and technology partners from around the world to drive product integrations, address application compatibility issues, and shape the future of our client's AI end-to-end security platform. As a Program Manager you will support our Program Managers who run programs that enable ISVs to build connectors with the AI end-to-end security platform product. This will include facilitation of meetings across multiple teams (PM, engineering, and support), driving weekly rhythms and updates to executive level content, and leading team wide projects from inception to completion. Cloud technologies are constantly evolving, and we are seeking active learners who can collaborate effectively across a diverse and global team of stakeholders. The ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential to success in this role. Responsibilities Enable the AI end to end security platform program team to support ISV workstreams. Drive weekly rhythms and updates for executive level content. Lead complex and ambiguous projects from building requirements documents to collecting feedback and executing independently. Manage relationships between our client's security team and other key internal team members. Perform tasks as assigned. Qualifications Solid collaboration, communication, and cross-teaming skills with the ability to apply operational rigor to training processes. Comfortable working autonomously and dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where new challenges exist around every corner. Ability to ramp quickly to on our clients security technology. Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to take on complex systems and processes and drive simplification and improvements. Self-starter who maintains focus, drives clarity, and provides innovative solutions. Minimum three years of work experience in the computer software industry; experience in security, cloud, and/or security solutions is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Desire and eagerness to help customers successfully deploy technologies. Strong collaboration, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills. Ability to take on and streamline complex orchestrations and deal with ambiguity. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment where new challenges exist around every corner. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
