Job Description

Overview Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise AI tooling initiatives and drive organization-wide adoption. This role will own the evaluation, deployment, and scaling of AI platforms while building structured enablement programs to support effective usage across the business. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise AI tools (evaluation, procurement, deployment, licensing, vendor management) Lead AI enablement strategy, including training programs, workshops, certifications, and user adoption initiatives Drive change management and adoption through defined metrics, reporting, and targeted process improvements Manage portfolio of AI initiatives and cross-functional programs Partner with Security, Privacy, Legal, and governance teams to implement responsible AI usage policies Establish quality standards for pilots, rollouts, and post-launch assessments Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations on AI landscape and strategy Maintain program governance including QBRs, stakeholder communications, and performance dashboards Qualifications 5+ years of program management experience in a technology environment Experience working with enterprise AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) Background in deploying and scaling tools across mid-to-large organizations Experience leading enablement, training, or change management programs at scale Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in regulated environments, AI governance, or vendor management preferred Nice to Have Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, custom AI agents, or plugins Exposure to developer productivity tools or internal AI platforms
Compensation:
