Own full P&L performance, ensuring productivity, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently met or exceeded. Build and develop a strong leadership bench through talent acquisition, coaching, succession planning, and performance management. Partner with engineering and commercial teams to take new product concepts through development, testing, and launch. Provide guidance on metal design, crane design, rigging, and lifting applications. Establish standard work, KPIs, and data‑driven processes to improve throughput, quality, and cost. Build strong relationships across engineering, sales, supply chain, and corporate leadership. Support new business development, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and customer engagement. Champion a best‑in‑class safety culture with proactive risk reduction and employee engagement. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field. 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations. Demonstrated P&L ownership and operational management experience. Proven success in organizational development, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning. Experience leading new product development from concept to launch (preferred). Knowledge of metal design, crane design, rigging, and lifting (preferred). Strong background in continuous improvement, KPI development, and standard work. Experience in commercial activities such as pricing, negotiations, and contract development. Strong commitment to safety, with a track record of building safe work environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills.
