What We Need:

We are looking for a Engineering Manager to join McCLARIN Composites. This role is responsible for organizing, managing, coordinating, measuring and continuously improving the engineering processes.

Develop, teach and champion design engineering procedures, tools and techniques Participate in design engineering reviews of project tasks Remain up-to-date on best practices and recommend new approaches/tools Take ownership of product development from conception through production to ensure we meet or exceed operational standards as quoted (ex. labor and materials efficiencies) Actively seek update knowledge of the engineering profession, the industry, and application of new technologies

Requirements:

What Makes You Qualified:

Bachelors degree from an ABET accredited engineering program or a minimum of 10 years of product engineering experience 5 years of engineering management responsibility in a concurrent engineering environment Experienced in AutoCAD. SolidWorks and application of ANSI drawing preferred

Must Haves:

Ability to multi-task Reliable Accuracy Maximum lifting of 50lbs. (All lifting over 50lbs. requires a team lift) Adherence to McClarin PPE requirements So, What's in It for You?
