Job Duties:

Lead, direct and instruct others in related job functions Responsible for performance evaluations, pay reviews and team staffing decisions Reason through problems and suggest multiple workable solutions Guide supervision in making proper decisions related to product and process control issues Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

Qualifications:

$103,200.00 - $144,000.00 per year
