We are seeking a dynamic and experienced associate to join our team as a Senior Manager, Real Estate Store Assessment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in managing real estate projects, particularly in store assessment and development. We are searching for individuals with backgrounds in construction, operations, realty execution, layout and design, civil engineering, and architecture. This role requires excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. This role will be field-based and require frequent travel to project sites (up to 85%).

This role requires strong leadership, real estate, construction, and negotiation skills to manage property portfolios, site selection, and construction costs. Success in the role depends on the ability to evaluate sites, oversee due diligence, negotiate contracts, manage compliance strategies, and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and government agencies. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential to reduce risk, control costs, and support business growth. The role also requires adaptability, strategic planning, team development, and the ability to drive multiple projects while ensuring alignment with company policies, operational goals, and community relationships. Project Management:
Oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Store Assessment:
Conducts detailed site evaluations and assessments for remodel projects and special projects. Prepares comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborates with internal teams, including Facilities, Design Managers, Construction, and Operations, as well as external partners such as architects, contractors, and local government authorities.
Risk Management:
Identifies potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Reporting:
Prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.
