Job description: Plant Engineering Manager Highly respected Food Manufacturing market leader seeks an innovative and accomplished Plant Engineering Manager for one of their key flagship facilities. As will be part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Plant Manager,you'll develop and implement overall plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects, utilities, maintenance and stores improvement programs. Compensation:
$120,000 - $165,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + 9% 401k match + strong benefits.
Location :
Janesville,WI. Full relocation package Responsibilities Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance. Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service. Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design think creatively and proactively. Support the Plant by providing project and technical support. Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within the plant utilities processes such as: Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas and Compressed Air.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing. Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank. Continuous Improvement experience required. Why is This a
