Compensation:

$120,000 - $160,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + 9% 401k match + strong benefits.

Janesville, WI. Full relocation package Responsibilities

• Develop a 1 to 5-year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
• Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.
• Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design - think creatively and proactively.
• Support the Plant by providing project and technical support.
• Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within the plant utilities processes such as: Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas, and Compressed Air.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree or related Bachelor's / Master's degree.
• 8 + years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing.
• Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million-dollar projects
• Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank.
• Continuous Improvement experience required.
