Pay Range:
$75,160.02 to $112,740.16 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Project Manager (Full‑Time) La Crosse, WI Kwik Trip is hiring a Project Manager to support capital improvement projects across our existing retail locations. This role is part of our Specialty Trades Team and plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support store operations, customer experience, and long‑term asset performance. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple capital projects from planning through completion Coordinate timelines, scopes, and project documentation Support planning, design, and permitting activities Oversee store equipment repairs, installations, additions, and upgrades Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards Maintain schedules and budgets while managing multiple priorities Qualifications Associate degree or at least 3 years of experience in project management or construction‑related fields Strong understanding of general construction practices Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with co‑workers and vendors Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines Additional Requirements Commitment to high customer service standards Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record Willingness to travel as needed Location Requirement Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the La Crosse, WI area Work Schedule Full‑time position averaging 45 hours per week Typically Monday-Friday , with occasional evening meetings and overnight travel Schedule flexibility required based on Store Engineering needs Deadline to apply: Friday, May 29 Kwik Trip, Inc. is a family-owned, Midwest company, in operation since 1965.
