Architectural Engineering Project Manager Milwaukee, WI | $100k-$120k | Onsite (hybrid after training) Design buildings that perform. Own the projects that build them. Must-Haves Active Professional Engineer (PE) License 8+ years of design or project management experience 8+ years hands-on with Autodesk Revit (plus CAD) Experience with load calculation software: IESVE, Trane TRACE 3D, or Carrier HAP Bachelor of Engineering or vocational-technical degree Comfortable working onsite during the training period Strong command of applicable building codes About the Company We're an award-winning MEP engineering firm in Milwaukee that specializes in high-performance, energy-efficient buildings . Our team of skilled engineers and designers takes pride in doing great work. What You'll Do You'll run the show on your projects: owning the schedule, the budget, and the scope, and serving as the main point of contact for the client. You'll lead the design of building systems engineered to perform, build the project task list, assign work to your team, and give daily technical guidance. You're accountable for the accuracy and quality of every deliverable that leaves your desk. You'll also help shape proposals, join client presentations, and coordinate sub-consultants so responsibilities stay clear across offices. What Makes This Different You won't just manage a project. Every project centers on high-performance design , spanning mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, temperature controls, lighting, and sustainability.
