Job Description
Occupancy Planner The Occupancy Planner partners with account leadership, service lines, and client stakeholders to deliver strategic and tactical occupancy planning solutions. This role manages space supply, demand, and capacity across the client's portfolio while leading teams to provide high-quality, client-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary client relationship manager, building trusted partnerships and driving client satisfaction and retention Lead and coordinate occupancy planning initiatives, including relocations, restacks, renovations, and consolidations Set clear expectations for deliverables, timelines, and quality standards; ensure accountability across the team Collaborate with account leadership, IFM, PDS, and client real estate teams to align strategy and day-to-day operations Develop and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations on space utilization, pipeline status, risks, and opportunities Ensure compliance with program standards, tools, and processes while customizing solutions to client needs Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, root cause evaluation, and solution development Oversee development and maintenance of playbooks, templates, tools, and planning deliverables Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and performance goals Coach and mentor team members to deliver consistent, client-centric occupancy planning solutionsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or a related field Experience managing large, complex portfolios or regional assets Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Proficiency in CAFM/space management systems, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings; ability to produce test fits Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong attention to detail Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
