Job Description
The Position Operational Planning & Management Work in a collaborative partnership with the Project Manager, sharing mutual accountability Lead field teams including tradespeople, foremen, and subcontractors Assist in resolving construction challenges such as productivity issues and work interface conflicts Review construction plans and drawings Order, schedule, and coordinate material deliveries Coordinate and monitor subcontractors whose work impacts project execution Foster a positive work environment through professional communication with clients, subcontractors, coworkers, and management Mentor Foremen and Project Engineers to support individual and organizational growth Accountable to Foreman/Lead Foreman for: Safety Planning and communication Personnel management Materials, tools, and equipment Jobsite environment Core Responsibilities Schedule management Equipment management Material and tool management Personnel management Risk management Cost, productivity, and quality management Overall responsibility for labor and equipment costs Assist with job procurement, estimating, and pre‑construction planning Ensure work quality meets both company and client expectations Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
