$90,000 - $160,000 (depends on experience level) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience working for a mechanical contractor and is comfortable managing multiple scopes including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts Review drawings, specifications, and identify scope gaps or constructability issues Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor job progress, quality, and safety through regular site coordination Oversee procurement of equipment and materials, including long-lead items Qualifications 3+ years of experience in mechanical project management Experience on commercial and/or industrial construction projects Working knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing preferred) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Benefits Full Benefits Included For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
