Mechanical Project ManagerLocation:
Pewaukee, WISalary:
$90,000 - $160,000 (depends on experience level)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience working for a mechanical contractor and is comfortable managing multiple scopes including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completionCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecastsReview drawings, specifications, and identify scope gaps or constructability issuesTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMonitor job progress, quality, and safety through regular site coordinationOversee procurement of equipment and materials, including long-lead itemsQualifications3+ years of experience in mechanical project managementExperience on commercial and/or industrial construction projectsWorking knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing preferred)Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsBenefitsFull Benefits Included
