Job Summary Leads projects from concept to product release, managing progress and risks, ensuring alignment with goals, facilitating communication, and reporting on performance. This role plays a critical part in executing strategy by guiding teams through a structured Polaris Product Development Process (PDP). Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure all requirements are clearly established for the project team at the start of the program. Responsible for the overall success from concept to manufacturing. Interact and direct resources at multiple group engineering sites. This includes the ability to travel up to 25% of time to areas in the continental U.S Lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned with strategic goals. Utilize the Polaris Product Development Process (PDP) to guide project execution, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive critical decisions and approvals. Prepare and provide clear and concise project status communications across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with suppliers to use their design expertise where appropriate. Foster a high-performing team culture and motivate cross-functional contributors to ensure program success. Manage and report on project budgets. Assist functional managers to plan budgets and manpower forecasts. Monthly financial meeting with Engineering management. Responsible for identifying and securing resources for projects. Other duties as assigned.
