The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various hand and power tools, and a strong understanding of restoration processes including mold remediation, asbestos abatement, fire/smoke remediation, and water damage restoration. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to restoring properties to their original condition while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for restoration tasks. Perform mold remediation and asbestos abatement in accordance with safety regulations. Execute water damage restoration processes, including drying, cleaning, and sanitizing affected areas. Restore carpets and other surfaces to their pre-damage state. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others on the job site. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks. Knowledge of mold remediation, asbestos abatement, fire/smoke damage and water damage restoration techniques. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
