Contents Manager - Restoration

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contents Manager specializing in Restoration to lead the organization and protection of contents during restoration projects. In this vital role, you will oversee the proper handling, cleaning, and restoration of personal belongings affected by fire, water damage, mold, or other disasters. Your expertise will ensure that contents are managed efficiently, safely, and with the utmost care, helping clients recover their possessions and restore peace of mind. Duties Coordinate and oversee the packing, inventorying, cleaning, and storage of contents affected by fire, water, mold, or other damages Utilize various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement to restore items to pre-loss condition Operate hand tools and power tools safely for disassembly or repair of contents when necessary Assist with fire restoration processes by handling soot removal and odor control procedures Manage documentation of contents condition before, during, and after restoration for insurance purposes Collaborate with restoration teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of all contents Maintain a clean and organized workspace for contents storage and processing areas Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on contents management or related fields Knowledge of cleaning methods specific to fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in restoration tasks Strong understanding of construction basics as they relate to content repair or disassembly Experience with carpet cleaning techniques and equipment is preferred Ability to handle sensitive belongings with care while adhering to safety protocols Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory tracking and documentation Join us in delivering exceptional restoration services by expertly managing contents through every phase of recovery. Pay:

$95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
