What You'll Do:
Lead and Grow the
Practice:
Drive strategic direction for environmental remediation services, ensuring technical excellence and operational success.
Business Development:
Build and nurture client relationships, identify new opportunities, and expand market presence.
Mentor and Develop Talent:
Guide and empower junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth.
Team Leadership:
Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
What We're Looking For:
Proven expertise in environmental remediation and related regulatory frameworks.

Strong track record in business development and client engagement.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and develop future leaders.

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Professional credentials (PE or PG) preferred.
