We are expanding our team and looking for a driven professional who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us long-term. The Role We are looking for an experienced Mold & Water Damage Professional who can operate both in the field and in a client-facing sales capacity. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who knows the industry, can lead, and is ready to take ownership of their role from day one. Responsibilities Conduct mold-related inspections, water damage assessments, and related field work Generate and close new business through consultations and estimates Involve in communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements 5-7 years of experience in the mold and/or water damage industry Active DC DOEE Mold Remediation license (required) US citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) — required Must pass a background check prior to starting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with basic reporting and documentation What We Offer Flexible independent contractor arrangement (W9) Performance-based earning potential Be part of a company where your contributions are recognized — with opportunities to increase your earnings.
