In this role, you will independently manage property damage remediation projects, delivering high-quality repair and restoration services across a variety of property types. This position requires a self-motivated professional capable of assessing damages, developing effective remediation plans, coordinating with project stakeholders, and executing repairs that meet Superior's quality standards. With over 13 years of experience, Superior Contracting & Maintenance has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner for property management companies, offering comprehensive maintenance and turnkey solutions. Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, flooring, kitchen and bath renovations, and more.
