What You'll Do Place and monitor drying equipment Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and baseboards Update jobs using phone apps and online systems Assist with water mitigation, mold remediation, board-up, tarping, carpet cleaning, and related services Maintain trucks, equipment, and warehouse/facility organization Participate in rotating on-call shifts and support the team as needed Training and Growth Paul Davis provides paid training and opportunities to earn IICRC certifications in: Water Mitigation Mold Remediation Fire Mitigation We promote from within and offer leadership development, cross-training, and advancement opportunities for motivated team members.
