Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Altamonte Springs, FL for a Senior Environmental Compliance Engineer. The individual will oversee and manage environmental compliance initiatives including wastewater treatment, waste management, and environmental impact assessments. Responsibilities include conducting environmental audits, preparing reports, aligning clients with regulatory requirements, and offering consulting expertise to optimize environmental practices. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders will be key to implementing sustainable solutions that meet environmental standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Consulting practices Technical knowledge of Wastewater Treatment and Waste Management processes Ability to conduct Environmental Impact Assessments and prepare detailed documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex environmental challenges Knowledge of both local and federal environmental regulations Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance or a related field Relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) license or Environmental Management credentials are a plus
