Job Description

JJ Remodeling of GA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lead Mitigation Technician to respond to lead-related mitigation projects, verify completed work, and secure customer contract approvals. This position requires strong communication skills, field experience, and the ability to work independently. The technician will be on-call and serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client during project completion. Responsibilities Respond to on-call lead mitigation and remediation assignments. Conduct site inspections to verify mitigation work has been completed according to company standards and applicable regulations. Document findings with photos, reports, and required paperwork. Explain completed work to homeowners, property managers, or clients. Obtain signed contracts, completion certificates, and required customer approvals. Coordinate with project managers and crews regarding any corrective actions needed. Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local lead-safe work practices. Maintain accurate records and submit reports promptly. Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience in lead mitigation, lead abatement, environmental remediation, construction, or related field preferred. EPA Lead-Safe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital reporting tools. Ability to work on an on-call basis, including occasional evenings or weekends.
