This role is central to ensuring strong hazardous waste and RCRA compliance across both construction and operational activities. You will serve as the site expert, guide teams with confidence, and help drive a culture of environmental responsibility. Your technical leadership will elevate our compliance systems and strengthen our relationships with regulators, auditors, and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hazardous waste and Subpart BB regulatory program as the technical authority
  • Develop and maintain RCRA compliance systems for construction and operations
  • Prepare hazardous waste shipments, budgets, metrics, and regulatory reports
  • Support inspections, audits, and
ISO 14001
conformance efforts
  • Partner with teams on compliance for air, water, stormwater, SPCC, solid waste, and other environmental programs
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years managing environmental compliance programs
  • Strong experience with RCRA and hazardous waste management
  • Working knowledge of RCRA, CWA, CAA, CERCLA, and
ISO 14001
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading small technical teams or multi-functional projects
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections and external audits
  • Background in both construction and operational environmental compliance Job Profile(s): Environmental Engineer 2 - Environmental Engineer 3
