Requirements What You'll Do Lead and mentor contents technicians on job sites. Supervise packing, inventory, and restoration of personal belongings. Manage organization of the warehouse and storage spaces. Oversee and document contents jobs in Assured Software. Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations. Train new hires on best practices and uphold safety standards. Roll up your sleeves, carpet cleaning, deodorization, mold remediation, and more. What You Bring Leadership experience (1+ years in a supervisory role preferred). A knack for organizing and motivating people. Strong communication skills—English required, Spanish a plus. Valid driver's license & clean background check. IICRC certifications (Water, Fire & Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying) are a bonus—but not required, we'll help you grow.

The Work Physical and hands-on:

lifting, moving, cleaning, and organizing. Indoor and outdoor environments with varied conditions.
