This role involves responding to water and fire damage emergencies, performing cleanup, and restoring affected properties. Candidates with background in cleaning, fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, and construction are highly encouraged to apply. Duties Respond promptly to water and fire damage calls, assessing the scope of damage Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment Conduct fire damage cleanup including debris removal and soot cleaning Execute mold remediation procedures following safety protocols Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and repair tasks Perform general restoration tasks such as drywall removal, sanding, and surface preparation Maintain detailed documentation of work performed for insurance claims and project records Follow safety procedures diligently during all operations to ensure a safe work environment Experience Prior experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to fire and water damage restoration is a plus Experience with mold remediation, or construction work is advantageous Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic building materials is beneficial Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy materials as needed Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Valid driver's license required This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals interested in building a career within the restoration industry while providing essential services that help clients recover from property damage.
