Emergency Restoration is a water, fire, and mold damage restoration company serving the North Shore of Massachusetts. We are hiring across the experience spectrum, from people who have never picked up a sledgehammer to seasoned remediation techs who already know their way around a containment chamber. If you are somewhere on that line, we want to talk to you.

OPEN TO:

Beginners with no construction or restoration experience. We train you on demo, containment, and remediation from day one. Experienced demo or construction workers (drywall, framing, flooring, cabinets). Step into restoration work with us and learn a recession proof trade. Experienced remediation or restoration techs in water, mold, or fire. If you have worked at another restoration company and know IICRC protocols, containment, drying, and remediation, we will start you at the top of our pay range and put you in lead roles fast.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

(varies by experience level): Demolition of damaged drywall, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures. Setting up containment barriers and negative air zones. Operating drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtration. Hauling debris, cleanup, and dump runs. Remediation work including antimicrobial application, HEPA vacuuming, and contaminated material removal. Assisting on rebuild tasks as you grow into the role.

WHAT WE OFFER

$15 to $30 per hour based on experience, paid 1099. Beginners start at $15 to $18 per hour, workers with demo or construction experience start at $18 to $23 per hour, and experienced remediation or restoration techs start at $23 to $30 per hour. Steady year round work. Restoration is recession proof. We accept SSN or ITIN for 1099 payment. A real path forward. We help you get your own insurance, form an LLC, and become an independent contractor with us as your first big client. Crews working in Lawrence, Lynn, Haverhill, Salem, Methuen, Lowell, and surrounding North Shore.

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable transportation, or rides arranged with the crew. Physically able to do the work (lifting 50 lbs, on your feet). SSN or ITIN for 1099 payment. Show up on time and follow directions. Spanish or English speakers welcome, English not required. Bilingual family or friends also looking for work? Bring them. We will hire qualified people you refer and pay a referral bonus after 30 days.
