What You'll Do Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects Set up and monitor drying equipment Remove damaged drywall, flooring, and materials Tarp roofs and board up structures after storms or fires Document jobs using photos and mobile apps Communicate with customers during the restoration process Help train and mentor technicians on the team What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Construction, mitigation, or restoration experience preferred Leadership ability is a big plus Valid driver's license with clean record Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work Willingness to respond to emergency calls when needed Certifications (Huge Plus)
