This is an opportunity to work under a Triple Master Educated Restorer in a growing restoration company committed to IICRC standards, proper documentation, and doing mitigation the right way. We are building a serious restoration operation — not a production-only model. Position Overview The Mitigation Crew Chief is responsible for: Leading field crews on residential and light commercial losses Executing mitigation projects in accordance with

ANSI/IICRC

S500, S520, and S700 standards Developing and adjusting drying strategies based on psychrometrics and job conditions Maintaining accurate documentation, moisture logs, and photo records Serving as the primary on-site contact for property owners and adjusters Identifying scope changes and communicating with management This role requires both technical competence and leadership maturity. Required Qualifications WRT certification (Required) 2-3+ years hands-on mitigation experience Strong understanding of structural drying and moisture mapping Ability to interpret and apply IICRC standards in the field Valid driver's license Willingness to participate in on-call rotation Preferred Certifications
