Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Water & Fire Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of restoring properties affected by water and fire damage. This energetic role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in clients' lives by providing expert restoration services. You will be responsible for assessing damage, performing cleanup, and utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to restore homes and businesses to their original condition. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of water, fire, mold damage to determine the scope of restoration needed Perform cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, mold remediation, and debris removal using specialized hand tools and power tools Execute water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes to prevent further damage Assist with fire restoration efforts such as soot removal, odor control, and structural cleaning Utilize construction skills to repair or replace damaged building components and ensure safety standards are met Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed and communicate progress effectively with team members and clients Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction methods Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment and other specialized restoration machinery Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is often required; willingness to travel locally as needed Embark on a rewarding career where your skills help rebuild lives! Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
