This is a hands-on leadership position for individuals who not only understand mold remediation but can lead crews, maintain standards, and keep projects on track . Compensation & Benefits $27/hour All travel expenses covered (flights, rental car, Airbnb) $40/day per diem Full-time, consistent work Clear path for growth into higher-level leadership roles What You'll Do Lead and oversee mold remediation projects in the field Set up and manage containment and negative air systems Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Direct and support field technicians on-site Maintain job timelines and production flow Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to protocols Requirements CMR Certification a MUST Minimum 4 years of mold remediation experience Prior experience leading or directing crews on job sites Strong understanding of containment, remediation, and safety protocols Ability to travel consistently Reliable, accountable, and able to take ownership of a job Preferred Qualifications Experience in a Foreman or Lead role

Pay:

$27.00 per hour
