Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Air/Noise Consultant to support New York City affordable housing development projects through the environmental approval process, with a focus on Air and Noise E-Designations. This role is fully desk-based and is primarily focused on reviewing technical drawings and coordinating with design teams and the NYC Office of Environmental Remediation (OER) to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and can proceed to permitting and construction.
