• Emergency Response & Damage Assessment

Damage Mitigation:

Extracting water, removing damaged materials (carpet, drywall, baseboards), and managing structural drying.

• Equipment Management
• Remediation & Cleaning

Documentation & Communication:

Taking accurate moisture readings, photos, and daily notes to document the job for insurance purposes.

Mentorship:

Help develop new hires with less experience in mitigation.
